Greetings all,
I finally updated, re-edited and am reprising a story that I still think about and enjoy surviving even today. I learned lessons here that are much harder for young folks to learn today – you’ll see why when you read it. We live in such different times.
This is another story that took place in Petaluma in the early and mid 1960s so will be nostalgic for many who grew up there. I hope you’ll check it out or enjoy it a second time now that it’s all polished up.

BB guns are dangerous in hands of young kids. I’d advise adult supervision initially. Great story telling Gary.

Thanks & agreed.
My kids weren’t as interested , but such as they were, I was with them.

We had one pallet gut. One at a time type. It couldn’t do much damage but was good for improving aim.
